Hi, I'm Simon.
I build software and the foundations that help teams build better software.
For 16 years, I've worked across hands-on development, architecture and technical leadership. Today I'm a Lead Software Engineer at RSM UK, supporting a 12-developer team while staying close to the work of making real products.
I like untangling complicated problems, finding the useful core and creating systems that others can understand and improve.
